Satisfaction is guaranteed. Items can be returned within 30 days of date of purchase unless otherwise specified. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you purchased it. It must also be in the original packaging and may be subject to a 20-30% restocking fee, depending on brand of the product being returned. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, either your original invoice or against the records under your account.
If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please notify us via email or phone and we'll attempt to remedy the situation up to and including returning of the product(s). Please do NOT send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Once we receive the product(s), your refund will be processed as laid out here—typically on the same day we receive it—and a credit will be applied to the same credit card or original method of payment used, posted within the number of days according to cardholder agreements.
