The Wagner TwinControl is a unique stand-alone system for explosion proof or Class1 Div1 painting environment. Utilizing a robust turbine-powered control unit, the TwinControl system can operate mixing ratios from 0.1:1 to 20:1 with a plus or minus 2% accuracy. The TwinControl system is finding great success in all industries including wood coatings (acid catalysts), water-based, solvent-based and even high-solids paints.
These systems can come in a variety of pressure ranges and application styles like HVLP or air-assisted airless spray. All working parameters can be operated quickly, easily, and language-neutral with three buttons: start, stop and flush are sufficient for the complete operation. The patented magnetic stroke sensors ensure very high accuracy and reliability even with high viscosity materials or sensitive topcoats. The TwinControl also utilizes a fully automatic flushing process that enables simple, fast and reliable flushing at the touch of a button. In addition to various frame or trolley mounting variants, you can add heaters, gun flushing devices, external mixers and other choices from an extensive range of accessories including additional color options.
